Action Without Meeting Consent Form Pursuant to Bylaws Article VII, Section 7.11, Action Without Meeting, the Undersigned Board of Directors does hereby approve and authorize, and thus Resolves by unanimous consent the following: Termination of all insurance with XYZ Insurance, purchase insurance through ABC Insurance pursuant to their proposal, and increasing Earthquake Coverage to $20,000,000.00 A copy of this completed form shall be displayed for one week at the bulletin Board in the main pool area, which will fulfill the notice and explanation Provisions within Section 7.11 of the Bylaws.
