in the rolling hills of the wine country in Temecula
California. The common amenities include; an olympic
sized swimming pool, spa, tennis courts and two parks

In addition to a seven person Board of Directors, the
community is governed by a variety of active committees.
The Board and the Committees are comprised of homeowner
volunteers, assisted by The Avalon Management Group,
a local professional management company.
