Manhattan Village Estates ("The Estates") is a private, gated community comprised of 122 Estate Homes located in Manhattan Beach California. The common amenities include; swimming pool, spa, and picnic area.

In addition to a five person Board of Directors, the community is governed by a variety of active committees.  The Board and the Committees are comprised of homeowner volunteers, assisted by The Avalon Management Group, a local professional management company.
