Everett's Place
Named for the Greer family patriarch, Everett's Place was inspired by the Greer family homestead where generations have swam in the pool, played in the yard, celebrated marriages, and enjoyed the natural beauty of the land.
As part of a private community, Everett's Place
is designed for the exclusive use of Greer Ranch residents and their guests.
Currently, the Welcome Center resides within Everett's place.
The
Clubhouse is the showcase of Everett's
Place and features an event room/meeting
hall,
kitchen, and large view veranda. Perfect for
family parties, bunco games,
boy scout meetings,
and much more.
The
Junior Olympic pool, deck, and spa overlook
a natural oak grove offer an
inviting place to swim
and relax.
