Dear Menifee Lakes
Homeowner,
With the
help of the residents and volunteers of Menifee, Avalon
Management succeeded in dramatically improving both the
aesthetics and financial condition of your community, and as of
June 30th, 2010 it is in much better shape than when began in
June 2007.
Some of the more notable achievements
were:

Increased cash from $615,000 to over $930,000 (a difference
of $315,000 during the worst economy in recent history).

We performed Community Property Inspections/Visits on
average at least three (3) times per week to quickly respond
to homeowner, vendor, and Board of Directors needs.

Reduced your management costs by over $72,000 a year.

Created and maintained this website.
-
Created and published your newsletters while reducing
related costs.
-
Consolidated, updated and revised all of your Rules and
Regulations.

Created a Code of Conduct for Board Members and
Meetings.
-
Provided for payments of dues by ACH, E-Check, and Credit
Card.
-
Coordinated the Concerts in the Park including band
selection.
-
Organized the first ever Membership BBQ (funded solely by
donations) with over 1,000 residents in attendance!

Documented and resolved over 4,100 Lot Maintenance Issues
(brown lawns, poorly maintained landscaping, etc).
In addition to those Committees, we
have appreciated working with everyone, and we are proud of our
achievements at Menifee Lakes.
