Newest
Innovations:

We now provide client specific "Welcome Home" DVDs for our communities, which includes pdf files containing all governing documents and needed forms.  We create a video showing your community, with all of the helpful or important information that a new homeowner would need.  Also included is a 15 minute video that explains the general functions and practical workings of an Association.

We now provide copies of all invoices, prior to payment, to the Board via encrypted email, and can then pay the bill after approval by electronic means.  Now the Board can keep copies of every invoice, in easy electronic form.

We are now creating our graphical financial reports in vivid, laser (not inkjet) color.

All of our community newsletters are printed in color.

We now provide online surveys to quickly poll the community on important issues.

In addition to our video training library, we are also now providing web-based streaming video training on our website (please see our Association Articles and Files page.)

We now provide for telephone messaging to the entire community to notify them of meetings, road work, or anything else that is of an urgent nature.  Our system can make up to 2,000 phone calls per hour.

We continue to update our power point presentations for the annual meetings.
