We are very pleased to welcome the following accounts to our family of clients:

Lake Hill Reserve, a 500 home community located in the rolling hills overlooking Lake Mathews.

Sunnymead Ranch, a 2,677 home planned development located in Moreno Valley.

The Villages Community, a 513 home planned development in Temecula, which left Avalon several years ago and has now returned!

	Company Improvements:

We have purchased a cell phone conference system, allowing Board Members to attend meetings using a cell phone!

We have developed an entire "settlement" department to address the foreclosure issues.  This department quickly responds to overdue assessments, ownership changes, and the challenges of dealing with bank owned properties.

We are now accepting credit card payments for several of our communities, and will be offering the service for all of our clients soon!

All financial reporting is available on PDF format, going all the way back to 1994!

We continue to upgrade our accounting and management systems software on a quarterly basis.

	Newest Innovations:

We are updating our client websites, and have implemented a unique online calendar system that allows members to subscribe to updates on meeting and community events, via email or even their cell phones!

We continue to update our power point presentations for the annual meetings.

	Staff Announcements:

Blake Morlet has joined the Avalon team in Temecula.  Blake comes with a Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership and over 5 years of operations management skills.

Catie Gorman has joined the Avalon team in Canyon Lake. Catie comes with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.

Betty Roth, AMS, CMCA, has been promoted to the General Manager position at Sunnymead Ranch.

Michelle Johnson has joined the Avalon accounting team in Canyon Lake.  Michelle comes with many years of Association and customer service experience.
