The trim and accent from Schemes #1, 2, 4, 5, and 8 are the only reversible schemes with prior approval. Stucco color is NOT to be changed.

FRONT DOORS: Must be one color of either stucco, trim, or accent; Or may be replaced with an oak door. It may be painted white if garage door has been replaced with a WHITE roll-up door.

SCREEN DOORS: Must be painted to match front door.

GARAGE DOORS: Stucco color only or stucco color with wood design painted to match trim color only.

PATIO COVERS: May be stucco, trim, or accent color.

FENCE: If you choose to paint the fence, it must be painted stucco color or the original white color.

UTILITY BOXES/METERS/HOSE BIBS: Must be painted stucco color.

NOTE: Trim is indicated only where there is wood!

• Accent is to be used only on the inside frame of the front door and the inside frame of the garage door if you choose to use accent!
• The same scheme must be kept two houses apart!
• White is the only trim color that will be permitted to be used with the current peach stuccos!

Upon completion, final approval will be given by the Architectural Committee. Please remember to submit your Architectural Application to Avalon Management prior to beginning your improvements.
